Refund policy

We currently offer exchanges only — no cash refunds.

Eligibility You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect or print issue
  • You received the wrong size or item
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags intact

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at support@clovve.in with your order number, a photo of the item, and the reason for exchange.
  2. We'll verify and confirm your request within 2 business days.
  3. We'll arrange a pickup from your address — return shipping is covered by us.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Size Exchanges If you'd like to exchange for a different size, please check our size guide on the product page before ordering. Size exchanges are subject to availability.
