Refund policy
We currently offer exchanges only — no cash refunds.
Eligibility You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product has a manufacturing defect or print issue
- You received the wrong size or item
- The item is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags intact
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at support@clovve.in with your order number, a photo of the item, and the reason for exchange.
- We'll verify and confirm your request within 2 business days.
- We'll arrange a pickup from your address — return shipping is covered by us.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Size Exchanges If you'd like to exchange for a different size, please check our size guide on the product page before ordering. Size exchanges are subject to availability.
