Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 5–7 business days across India. Remote or rural PIN codes may occasionally take a day or two longer.

Shipping Charges Shipping is free on all orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer COD across most serviceable PIN codes in India. COD orders may take 1 additional business day to process.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use this to track your package through our courier partner's website.

Courier Partners We ship through trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, Xpressbees, and others depending on your location, to ensure the fastest delivery to you.

Delayed or Lost Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support@clovve.in and we'll resolve it promptly.
